Having missed out in 2020 due to the pandemic, this year's theme is "Heal Country" calling on great protections for land, waters, sacred sites and cultural heritage.
The week kicked off with a flag raising at the Civic Centre on Sunday and there is another flag raising at the Mount Isa police station at 10am Monday.
There is a Naidoc cultural trivia night at the Overlander 6pm Monday and a men's group barbecue at the Good Shepherd church at 5pm.
On Tuesday there is a Murri's women's group barbecue followed by a movie at the same location at 5pm.
There is a Burke St breakfast on Wednesday from 7-9am followed by a Naidoc senior luncheon at the Overlander 11am-2pm and a basketball competition at Yallambee from 2-4pm.
Gidgee Healing hosts a breakfast 8.30am-10am on Thursday at the Family Wellbeing Service, 70 Miles St while police will host a kup murri at the police reserve noon-2pm.
Activities finish on the day with a Naidoc youth obstacle challenge for those aged 8-17 at Captain Cook Oval from 2-4pm.
Friday is the biggest day of the week with the annual Naidoc breakfast at Outback at Isa from 8am.
People will gather at Outback at Isa for the Naidoc street march starting at 9.30am, and heading down Rodeo Drive, left on to West St, right on to Isa St and finishes at the Skate Park.
That will be the cue for the Mob FM Family Fun Day at the Skate Park from 10am-4pm with live entertainment, stalls, food and information.
The Naidoc touch footy comp will also be on Friday at Kruttschnitt Oval 10am-5pm.
There will be a closing ceremony on Sunday at the Civic Centre lawns 10am-noon.
