Police have charged four youths over vehicle offences in Mount Isa last week.

Between 3.15am and 5am on Friday, July 16, it is alleged four boys have attended a Camooweal Street hotel, climbed onto a balcony and entered a staff member's room via an unlocked door.
Once inside, it is alleged they removed a set of keys containing vehicle keys, a master key and a remote control for the rear carpark gate.
Using the keys, it is alleged the boys accessed the car park and entered the corresponding vehicle. However they were unsuccessful in starting the engine, so fled. CCTV captured the offence.
The vehicle keys were located in a Marian Street carpark.
Two of these boys were also allegedly involved in a similar offence at the same location on July 10, where it is alleged they accessed an unlocked room via the balcony and removed cash from two wallets.
An 11-year-old Pioneer boy has been charged with two counts of burglary and commit indictable offence and one count of unlawful use of a motor vehicle. He has been dealt with under the provisions of the Youth Justice Act.
A 15-year-old Pioneer boy has been charged with two counts of burglary and commit indictable offence. He has been dealt with under the provisions of the Youth Justice Act.
A 16-year-old Pioneer boy has been charged with burglary and unlawful use of a motor vehicle. He is due to appear in the Mount Isa Childrens Court at a later date.
A 12-year-old Boulia boy has been charged with burglary, unlawful use of a motor vehicle and trespass. He has been dealt with under the provisions of the Youth Justice Act.
