Wanderers prevailed in 2020 to deny Townies a famous four-in-a-row premiership achievement but now it will be the Lions hoping to prevail over the Devils at Alec Inch Oval on Saturday.
Townies defeated Brothers in last week's preliminary final to book a spot in the decider.
The omens are strong for a thrilling game after the Devils scored a dramatic late try to win 20-18 in 2020,and they also had a golden point 40-36 win in the 2015 decider.
There will be two seniors grand finals on a big afternoon in the Isa.
First at 4.30pm the Wranglers take on the Wanderers for the right to be crowned A-Grade Women's champions.
Then at 6pm the men's teams take the field for their A-Grade decider.
