The action starts on Friday night when the Isaroos take on Parkside in the women's grand final.
Isaroos are the form team going into the game having beaten the same opponents 3-0 two weeks ago but Parkside beat Tigers on the weekend to earn a rematch.
Kick off is at 6,30pm with presentations to follow the game.
Then on Saturday it's the men's turn.
First there's the B-Grade decider when Isaroos take on last year's premiers Sandfire Bulls.
That's at 4pm.
That will be immediately followed at 6pm by the A-Grade decider when Parkside (Green Dragons) take on traditional rivals Atlas.
