Speaking in Ipswich premier Annastacia Palaszczuk said the zero new community cases was "unbelievable" and a "great effort of Queenslanders doing the right thing" following two cases on Tuesday.
There were three new cases in hotel quarantine which the Premier said she was not worried about.
On Tuesday there were 12,829 tests and 22,351 new vaccinations.
That means 57.76pc of eligible Queenslanders have had one dose and 48.89pc have had two doses.
The premier said they wanted to increase the vaccination rate.
"We need to get the vaccination rate as high as possible before Delta comes into Queensland," she said.
The Queensland check in app now allows people to book vaccinations and shows where the nearest vaccination centre is.
