The Dajarra Roadhouse has been under the same ownership for 28 years and is now being sold due to retirement, according to sales agents Elders Mount Isa.
The roadhouse is in the Cloncurry Shire, 153km south of Mount Isa and 147km north of Boulia on a 4043 sqm freehold lease.
It contains a three bedroom owners residence, convenience store, cafe, bar, service station and 13 room motel in a town of around 200 people.
Elders says the roadhouse supports locals, tourists and government, council and mine workers and town services include primary school, clinic, police station and airstrip.
Expressions of interest close Friday, November 12.
