The incident occurred on Saturday, October 16 on Camooweal Street between 11.35am and 1.30pm.
Police are investigating the dangerous driving incident involving a gold 2002 Mazda 232, bearing registration plate 333KXT, which travelled along Camooweal Street and Duchess Road.
Police received reports that the vehicle allegedly drove at speed, travelled on the wrong side of the road, travelled through a red traffic light and conducted numerous donuts, placing themselves and members of the public in danger.
