The fire happened at a house at Sir Hudson Fysh Drive.
Queensland Ambulance Service said paramedics were standby at the housefire at 11.42pm.
No patients required transport to hospital.
There was also a house fire at Park St in Charters Towers on Thursday night.
Again no one was hurt.
