In an eventful afternoon for jockeys, Les 'Bubba' Tilley triumphantly greeted the judge first with favourite, Tears of Love, giving trainer Matt Kropp his fifth Roma Cup win in six years.
His first win was with Spice of Life, who still holds the track record for the distance, then back to back wins with A Touch More, followed by Scrabble's win last year.
As Roma Turf Club spokesman Ranald Ferrier said, "he's fast becoming the Bart Cummings of the the track".

The winning jockey, Bubba Tilley said a lot of people had told him to ride at the Gold Coast this weekend.
"Nothing beats the Roma Cup," he said.
Kropp was the most successful trainer on the day and Brooke Richardson the most successful jockey.
Ranald Ferrier said it had been a fantastic day and it was wonderful to see 5000 keen racegoers.
