It's not much and it's only a small chance but there is the possibility of rain in Mount Isa over the weekend leading into Anzac Day.

A very dry wet season has come to an end with a sunny Easter weekend and no rain in April so far but the Bureau of Meteorology is holding some hopes of rain this weekend.
That wouldn't seem likely today (Tuesday) with a forecast of sunny weather and a hot day with a maximum of 36 in the copper city.
Indeed sunny weather continues through to Friday though at least maximums will dip to the low 30s.
Signs of promise on the horizon begin on Saturday with a forecast of partly cloudy weather with a one in ten chance of rain.
Those odds look more promising on Sunday April 24 with a 30 per cent chance of rain though with falls predicted only up to 0.2mm, it's not exactly lake-filling.
Then on Anzac Day the forecast is for another partly cloudy day with a medium chance of showers with the chance of a thunderstorm so you might need a brolly for the commemorative services.
Sadly any rain is unlikely to be a downpour - only 0 to 0.2mm is expected on Anzac Day.
Up in the Gulf maximum temps will be around the mid 30s for the week and again the BoM is predicting small chances (less than 30pc) of rain during the week.
Lake Moondarra is now only 48.4pc full while Lake Julius sits at 93.4pc.
