In the later part of 2017, North prepares to release her first compilation of short stories in the steampunk genre titled A Confabulated Compendium of Anecdotes. She also has Book 2 of The Halfling and a steampunk novel The Secret Diary of Leonardo in development.
She said however her highlight moment will be when she joins fellow author and MS sufferer, Michelle Heynen, as they scale the Story Bridge to raise awareness for MS.
The Halfling was launched in Mount Isa earlier this year.
