After some big hitting at the sixers tournament last weekend, the season regulars are looking to settle down and focus on tomorrow's final round.
With Cavaliers, Black Stars and Western Bulls each on two wins, victory has never been so important.
The Panthers remain in contention, despite just one win from their three games.
If the reigning premiers take victory in their game against the Cavaliers tomorrow, they will push into a three-way tie for second place.
Captain Luke Graefe believed his side had what it took to close the gap on the top three.
"We will have a pretty good side for the game so I think we will be competitive," he said.
"We managed to beat Cavaliers in the sixers tournament so hopefully we can do it again."
In the other game, Black Stars will be hoping to continue the form which led them the sixers tournament win last weekend.
Black Stars skipper Nathan Giles said his team would again be struggling for numbers but knew what was at stake when they took to the field tomorrow against Western Bulls.
"There will be a few guys missing through shift work but we will still have a fairly good team," he said.
"We know we have to get the win and we expect the Bulls to play well so we will see what happens."
Likewise, Bulls captain Adrian Morrisby believed the clash will be one of the biggest tests so far this season for his side.
"There is a lot on the line in both games (tomorrow)," he said.
"We want to give ourselves the best possible chance of making the final."
