The win is the secondinarow for the team as it pushes towards taking top spot on the ladder from Rippers with nine rounds to play, and was highlighted by doubles to Mary Derrick and Sarah Astbury.
The match began with a fast-paced opening 20 minutes of play from both teams before Isaroos capitalised on field position to set Derrick up for her first goal.
Derrick's strike clipped the post and ricocheted into the back of the net, giving Isaroos a 1-0 lead at half-time.
Impenetrable defence was the key for the team in the first half, with the back line of Zara Hartley, Shelley Campbell, Saskia Smith and Gayle Rachow impossible to get past.
The second half was completely dominated by Isaroos and through Astbury and Ashlea Turnham, the team put pressure on the Tigers goalkeeper in sustained waves before Astbury found a way to break through with a perfectly-weighted chip from the midfield.
Derrick scored her second goal soon after that and, not to be outdone, Astbury cut through four Tigers defenders to slot the ball past the goalkeeper and bag her double, giving the team an unassailable 4-0 lead with 10 minutes to play.
Isaroos coach Brad Crossingham said it was a big result for the team after its 2011 season.
"As the coach, I'm very proud of the girls," he said.
"We were on the bottom of the ladder this time last season and now we're second thanks to the commitment of the players."
Rippers increased their lead at the top of the competition ladder with a 3-1 victory against Parkside.
After taking an early lead through a Jessie Gilby goal, a lapse in concentration from the Rippers defenders allowed Parkside to level the score just before half-time.
Rippers rallied after the break to shut down Parkside's attacking runs, with the majority of the second half being played on Parkside's half of the field.
Robyn Findlay headed a corner kick into the back of the net to give Rippers a one-goal advantage again before Schanna L'estrange made a break from the midfield to slot a kick past the Parkside goalkeeper and give her team a 3-1 win.
For the victors, Bianca Blake was again strong in defence, while Lee-Andra Armstrong dominated in the forward line.
Rippers coach Ross Smale said he was impressed with the teamwork his players demonstrated.
"I was very pleased with the whole team; everyone made a contribution and gave their all," he said.
"As a top of the table clash it was a big game and the girls didn't give up until the final whistle."
