The Brisbane-based rider dominated yesterday's races at Buchanan Park finishing with three winners from the day's five-race card.
Tincknell claimed the day's feature, the 1100 metre open handicap, aboard the Patrick Inwood-trained Rocket on By - winning from favourite Dimi the Dancer.
Earlier in the day, Tincknell guided Inwood's I'm Hot to victory in the Benchmark 65 Handicap before returning for race three aboard Fulgora.
Inwood's Fulgora cleared George Tipping's Windsplitter by nearly two lengths in the 1000 metre sprint.
Trainer Grant Wiles joined in the Tincknell and Inwood party, claiming the maiden with Jessette.
John Rudd rode the pre-race favourite to a comfortable victory over Transfusion and Stand Firm.
The win marked two wins from Rocket on By's past two starts both at Mount Isa's Buchanan Park.
