Saotayanan expects to field a strong team tomorrow, including key players Jason Ranie and Jamie Stewart in central midfield, while Anthony Green at centre back is also an inclusion.
“With a full team now, I think we can have a good go
with key players coming back,” Saotayanan said.
“Trent Griffith on the wing and Michael Anderson up front have also joined up recently too.”
Saotayanan admits the burden of some players playing two games in a row is taking its toll.
“Hopefully, with a good turnout, no one will have to play a double.
“We want to work on teamwork and communication. It’s also getting the young players to be a bit more positive and confident.”
In round three, Parkside A survived a late scare to hold on for a 5-3 win, despite a strong second-half performance from the 2014 champions.
Parkside A player Josh Elliot was hailed by coach Jae Dawes as a standout in the previous outing, regardless of not getting on the scoreboard, next to a brace each from Pat Taylor and Jordan Hennessy.
In the earlier fixture of the round, Atlas A will look to extend its impressive five-game winning streak when it takes on International A in the men’s A-Grade sixth round of the Mount Isa Soccer Association.
The last time the two sides met was in round three, with the 2014 grand final runners-up notching up a 1-0 win in a game shortened due to a power outage.
Atlas A player Scott Froud was on fire in that particular game, when his team controlled most of the possession but was wasteful in front of goal.
