Perrin and Ruri made a gross score of 174 over the two-day weekend event, while Angie Scia Scia and John Warren earned the runners-up place with 181.
The nett winners of the event, sponsored by 2PH, were the mother and son team of Sheila and Jamie Stewart scoring 143 together.
Dianne Foot and Jamie McGregor fell one stroke short of the Stewart pair, scoring a nett of 144 to take second place.
The Best Nett on Day 1 went to brother and sister Tom and Cheryl Foot, while Tom and Judy Fangrath dominated on Day 2.
The nearest-to-pin winners on Saturday were: Tom Foot and Cheryl Foot (Hole 2), Peter Montgomery (Hole 5), Alison Gordon-Dunbar (Hole 10), and Ulla Allen and Campbell Stewart (Hole 14).
The following day, the nearest-to-pin winners were: Montgomery (Hole 8), Ruri (Hole 10), Jamie Stewart (Hole 14), and Warren and Scia Scia (Hole 18).
Earlier in the week, Ulla Allen claimed the 18-Hole Stableford event sponsored by Book Country with 33 points, while Gordy McHugh took the runners-up spot with 32 points.
The nearest-to-pin winners at the Wednesday event were McHugh (Hole 2 and 17) and Allen (Hole 8).
