Organiser for the North West Dragons Rachel Ingram said they had three age groups represent.
“The players are from the North West Queensland Soccer zone,” she said.
Fulton was the only Cloncurry rep and female team member in the U9’s and played nine games against other representative teams from North Queensland.
“The under nines, under 10s and under 11s played and there were a lot of strong and skilled teams and the North West Dragons had lots of fun, managing to win a game,” Ingram said.
Fulton who began playing soccer in the Squirts team when she was five-years-old scored two goals and received the player of the match award.
“I played striker mostly while I was on the field. I enjoy playing soccer because my parents play as well,” she said.
