The race meeting proceeds will go towards Aussie charity, Dolly's Dream, which was set up after the death of Amy "Dolly" Everett.
Dolly was a former Akubra Hats child model who allegedly became suicidal after she was bullied at boarding school.
A message left at Dolly's Dream says the charity was aimed at creating positive change to help others like Dolly, who were affected by bullying, and "act as a voice for those who cannot speak for themselves".
The Mount Isa Race Club said they wanted the public to come along and show your support to raise awareness about the serious issues of bullying, anxiety, depression and its devastating effects.
"This is a great family day out to come and support a great cause," said Club president Mick Tully.
"We did it last year and donated $5000 to the Do It For Dolly foundation and we are looking forward to doing the same thing again this year.
"We will have merchandise for sale, as well as kids activities including a jumping castle and Fashions on the Field with a blue theme
"The five race program has received 50 nominations so we expect to see some great racing on the day."
Gates open on Saturday at 11am with the first race kicking off at 1pm.
Gate entry costs a donation, with all proceeds going to Do It For Dolly.
