The luncheon hosted by Gidgee Healing saw 110 elders enjoy a two course meal and entertainment for the afternoon.
Event organiser Melissa Nathan said the event received a good response from the community, with attendance numbers up on last year.
"We host this event each year to recognise our elders in our community for Naidoc Week.
"Elders are very important and we like to acknowledge the role they play."
Ms Nathan said if we didn't have elders there would be no one to educate younger generations.
"For myself the knowledge and experiences that my elders have passed through the generations is very important," she said.
Other services at the luncheon included blood pressure testing, foot massages and hair cutting and styling was available to all participants. Multiple raffles were also drawn throughout the afternoon with music by MobFM.
Ms Nathan thanked all the sponsors for their support of the event.
