As visitors landed the major end of prizemoney in Cups held in meetings at Betoota and Bluff, Krogh was triumphant in his own patch courtesy of his mount Snippy Strategic.
Ridden by Scott Gittos, Snippy Strategic ($4) completed a winning hat-trick as he nosed out Napset (Tim Brummell, $6).
Third, finishing another seven lengths further back, was Do I Have To (Rhiannon Payne, $13).
Krogh has Snippy Strategic racing in career-best form, his Cup victory lifting his win and place tally to 15 in 29 starts and track earnings of $72,764.
At Betoota, the Strathalbyn trainer Kym Healy made the long haul from South Australia well worth the effort when he presented Cashing Up ($4.60) for a convincing win.
Blackall's Clinton Austin produced $5 chance Mishani Centurion to win the $9000 Bluff Cup (1800m).
