A 40-year-old woman has been charged with drug utensil possession in Mount Isa Magistrates Court on Monday September 23.

Jessica-Anne Corinne Price pleaded guilty to two charges; possess utensils or pipes that had been used and possess fail to take reasonable care of syringe or needle.
Police prosecution retold the event of September 6, when police executed a search warrant on a residential premises.
"Police found two 600ml bottles including burn marks around the holes, used to smoke dangerous drugs," Prosecutor Lane said.
"A syringe and needle were also located at the address.
"Price confirmed she had used the bongs to smoke cannabis and she was the only one using them."
Price's criminal history was provided to Mount Isa Magistrate Trinity McGarvie.
"You have previous criminal history of a similar nature - back in April 2017," Magistrate McGarvie said.
"I believe fines are in range."
Price was fined $350, items were seized to the crown and a conviction was recorded.
