At around 1.55am on Sunday November 17, it is alleged a group of boys entered a Short Street address, via a broken window.
It is further alleged they made their way to the occupant's bedroom but fled, upon disturbing them.
A 14-year-old Cloncurry boy has been charged with enter premises by break and investigations are continuing.
The boy was further charged with one count of trespass, in relation to unlawfully accessing the rear of a Ramsay Street business in October, along with one count each of wilful damage and possess utensil, in relation to an offence at a council building the in October.
He will be dealt with under the provisions of the Youth Justice Act.
