Police were called to the Leichhardt Hotel on Sunday December 8 at 2am following a large disturbance outside the premises, involving multiple persons.
A 29-year-old man was charged with assault occasioning bodily harm, after he put his victim in hospital with head injuries.
A 25-year-old man was charged with public nuisance and both men are to appear in Cloncurry Magistrates Court in January.
Nine men were also issued with an infringement notice of public nuisance/violent behaviour and issued an $800 fine each.
All persons involved were issued with a police banning notice and excluded from all Cloncurry licensed premises' for 10 days.
