Police are appealing for information regarding a suspicious fire in Doomadgee

At approximately 12pm on Monday, August 3, local police received information that a house was on fire on Ned Street, Doomadgee.
Police attended and discovered a vehicle fully alight and a house partially alight.
Rural Fire Service crews attended and brought the fire under control.
The cause of the fire is unknown at this time and is being treated as suspicious.
Police would like to speak with any neighbours or witnesses who may have seen suspicious behaviour to contact Doomadgee Police on (07) 4742 9090, Policelink or Crime Stoppers.
