Police said that on Wednesday, August 19, a 39-year-old Mount Isa man was intercepted on Railway Avenue for a roadside breath test.
The driver was charged with driving under the influence of liquor with an alleged breath alcohol reading of 0.224, driving of motor vehicle without a driver licence and driving an uninsured vehicle.
He will appear in the Mount Isa Magistrates Court on September 16.
Meanwhile on August 22 at 2.35am, a 32-year-old Townview man was pulled over along Kookaburra Street for an RBT.
The driver was charged with driving under the influence of liquor with an alleged reading of 0.151 and will appear in the Mount Isa Magistrates Court on September 9.
