Fans of the fast-food chain can win a trip to a store in a secret location to taste items from local menus that have never been seen in Australia.
Sydney woman Lisa Wenban was the first of five fans to claim the experience, jetting to Tokyo for five days in February.
It came after she saw KFC Japan's Wafu Cutlet Burger appear on the KFC app and added it to her cart to enter the draw.
As well as trying the burger, Ms Wenban saw the sights of Tokyo with a day trip to Mt Fuji and Disneyland, tours of local markets and a Street Go-Karting experience.
There are four more opportunities for KFC fans to be part of what's been dubbed "Kentucky Fly Chicken".
From February 20 to March 18 four international products not seen Down Under will appear one at a time on the KFC app.
Fans will need to add it to their cart, with a minimum spend of $1, to go on the standby list.
Winning fans will enjoy business class flights, four-star accommodation, spending money and experiences to the value of $6000.
"Since the only thing better than an overseas trip is our delicious fried chicken, we saw the perfect opportunity to combine the two and offer our fans the chance to experience the trip of a lifetime with KFC at the heart," KFC Australia CMO Tami Cunningham said.
