The finalist keeps the details of her costumes in the fantasy and bikini sections a secret.
“Let’s just say feathers,” Ms Lynch hinted.
The winner of the Mount Isa Swimwear competition at the Irish Club in April won a paid trip to the Gold Coast for a week in the lead-up to the final along with the other 29 local finalists across Australia.
Ms Lynch spoke to The North West Star during a lunch break at Wet and Wild on Wednesday – during a Key to the Coast Hummer tour.
“It’s full on, but everyone’s so lovely. We’re having so much fun,” she said.
She started one day at 2.30am to have her hair and makeup done.
The only time she has had for a break was on the Tuesday night, when her partner Nathan surprised her by visiting from Mount Isa, and taking her out to dinner at a revolving restaurant.
The first things Ms Lynch would do when she returned to Mount Isa was rest, and eat fast food.
“I will fly back to Mount Isa and I will pig out on McDonalds and have a lot of sleep, I’m getting a lot of sleep...I’ve had very big days.”
Ms Lynch entered modelling as encouragement to keep fit and healthy. She does a lot of weight training and cardio.
Her fitness was not being neglected during the week away.
“We’re doing a boot camp on Surfers Paradise beach, so we’re still keeping in shape,” Ms Lynch said.
