With a large parking area, sheltered amenities, play equipment for kids, and free tea and coffee from the most amazing volunteers in Outback Queensland, what more could you ask for?
For those still travelling this week, or making plans for a roadtrip this weekend, we wish you a safe journey. Here are a few things you can do:
- Pack water and snacks for the journey, to stay hydrated;
- Set a reminder to take regular breaks from driving every two hours;
- Plan ahead to stop at the next town for your break, and be their special guest; and
- Plan to survive the drive and arrive home safely.
Thankyou to the Julia Creek Lions Ladies, for coordinating the Driver Reviver volunteers.
