The triathlon took place at the Splashez Aquatic Centre and Kruttschnitt Oval.
Program organiser and president of the IsaRats Kim Alcorn said it was the biggest number of participants they had ever had in the junior triathlon.
"We are really pleased with the support and abilities of these young ones," Alcorn said.
"It's great to see them all giving it a go."
The winners in the 5-6 years were Guinea Pig hackers.
The 7-8 year-old winners and the 9-10 age group were Barkly Bandits. Kool Kids team won the 11-13 year age group.
Alcorn said after adding all the school points together the winning Junior and Senior Schools were St Kieran's with 88 points and for senior, Good Shepherd Catholic College with 51 points.
"Well done to both schools and everyone who competed," Alcorn said.
