Tracey Jacob, 32, has appeared in Mount Isa Magistrates Court, for the alleged murder of a 50-year-old Mornington Island man.

Ms Jacob was represented by solicitor JK Kennedy on Tuesday April 16, who made no applications to the court.
The case was adjourned until July 29 for committal mention and Ms Jacob was remanded in custody.
The family of the deceased who resides in Mount Isa, appeared in the gallery.
"He did not deserve what happened to him," a family member said outside of court.
On April 9, police were called to a Wurrurku Street residence where they located the man deceased on the floor of a bedroom inside.
Police said the deceased had blood on his face and what appeared to be a single stab wound to his upper abdomen.
A crime scene was subsequently declared.
A scientific officer from Townsville and detectives from Mount Isa Criminal Investigation Branch along with the State Flying Squad were deployed to the Island to assist in the investigation.
