After a hard fought season it all comes down one last game between Townies and Brothers.
Brothers are hoping to end a 20 year drought and lift the trophy after finding incredible finals form and knocking out Black Stars last week.
On the other hand Townies will be looking to win their third title in a row and make sure the rain doesn't arrive for Brothers.
Townies lock forward Dylan Buckingham said his side aimed to go back to back to back.
"Every one is keen as ready to go and get our hands on the trophy for the third year running," Buckingham said.
"Brothers are a tough opposition and will put up a good fight, but our preparation has been solid and we have our full squad ready to fire.
"We have a lot more experience in these games and I think it will show on the big day."
However Brothers president Mick Tydd said it was time to end their drought.
"It has been a long time coming this game so we are ready and going to give it everything we have got," Mr Tydd said.
Mr Tydd singled out his forwards for praise.
"Our forwards are ready to get into the game and back up after their performance last week and lift that trophy," he said.
Mr Tydd said his coaching staff also helped their recent red-hot form.
"We used our interchange incredibly well last week which kept all the boys fresh and fit so we have the same game plan coming into the grand final," he said.
But Townies are fresh too with president Sean Wade saying they had rested up with the week off.
"Last week's rest has helped a few niggling injuries and now everyone is available," Mr Wade said.
"I watched Brothers play last week and thought they were very potent, especially out wide,"
"We will have to have our A grade on to match it with them," he said.
The grand final will be played at Alec Inch Oval from 4pm
A curtain raiser grand final game will be played in the under 15s between Wanderers and Black Star/Townies.
