Qantas will reduce the Brisbane to Mount Isa route to just one service day from Sunday, March 29 as the COVID-19 lockdown gathers pace.

That flight will depart 7am from Brisbane and arrive at Mount Isa at 9.35am.
It will depart Mount Isa at 10.25am and arrive Brisbane at 12.35pm.
There is no change to the schedule of Qantas's Cloncurry-Mount Isa-Townsville flight at this stage, with Cloncurry-Isa-Townsville to run Mondays and Tuesdays and Isa-Cloncurry-Townsville to run Wednesday to Friday.

Qantas and Jetstar are cutting 60 percent of their domestic services from the end of the month.
Two-thirds of Qantas and Jetstar's 30,000 employees will be temporarily stood down from late March until at least the end of May.
Rex has announced it is slashing capacity by 45 percent, it has yet to provide details of impacts to routes in western and north west Queensland.
Virgin Australia has also reduced services across Australia by 50 percent but none of the routes cancelled so far involve North West Queensland.
