Queensland Ambulance Service said paramedics attended a single vehicle crash into cows which was reported on Landsborough Highway at 6.30pm.
"An adult female sustained minor injuries and was transported in a stable condition to Winton Hospital," QAS said.
In Queensland an old English law gives cattle the right of way over vehicles on public roads.
In other states the owners of livestock are legally liable in such circumstances.
