The theme of this year's competition is "Country Roads and City Lights".
Entrants across Mount Isa had until the end of July to get their venues for the competition organised by Commerce North West and judging took place on August 5 and 6.
Now the winners will be named at an event at Outback at Isa this Wednesday.at 9.30am.
Commerce North West president Emma Harman said there were 12 entrants in this year's competition which is a little down on previous years.
"But we were encouraged and grateful and excited to have people participate," Ms Harman said.
"We've had all the nominations and last week the judges went around to all of the premises."
There will be several categories: large and small businesses, not for profits and schools.
Ms Harman said it was great to have some rodeo cheer around town.
"There were some really exciting exhibits and we're really pleased about that," she said.
