The event will be held at the Mount Isa Civic Centre on Saturday, December 4 but you'll need to book tickets which will be available from Monday, November 22.
Free tickets will be available on Council's website and can be booked by clicking on the 2021 Christmas in the City link at www.mountisa.qld.gov.au/events. Bookings are essential.
On the night locals are welcome to enjoy the Christmas Tree Picnic on the front lawn of the Civic Centre from 6pm.

There will be food and market stalls. The carols will be broadcast outside, and roving entertainment will be provided.
The Christmas Carols will be held in airconditioned comfort indoors in the Civic Centre auditorium from 6.30pm featuring local talent, the Rompin' Stompin' kids' show, and Melbourne performer Lorinda May Merrypor, who will enchant the audience with Christmas carols.
A visit from Santa will top off the night.
Mount Isa City Council thanked event sponsors Glencore Mount Isa Mines, Mount Isa City Council Owned Enterprises, and Mikkelsens Electrical Contractors.
Council said the lights will be turned on at the Civic Centre Lawns Christmas tree in the coming days once the decorations are up though there will be no dedicated Christmas tree lighting event this year.
