The winner will have made a significant contribution to the community through business or professional achievement, personal achievement, or membership in clubs or organisations.
Mount Isa’s own, Kristee Shepherd of Making Strides Recovery Foundation will be guest speaker at the dinner and will be on hand to congratulate the recipients of the Woman of Achievement, and the Young Woman of Achievement awards.
The dinner will be held on March 10 at the new location at the Xstrata Entertainment Centre in the Buchanan Park Events Complex. Nomination forms are available at The North West Star office at 112 Camooweal Street or electronic copies can be requested via zontamtisa@hotmail.com.
