The theme is 'Unlimited' and the fun starts next week on Wednesday April 3 and runs through until Sunday 14 April, as part of Queensland Youth Week 2019.
The Unlimited concert at the Family Fun Park Precinct on Friday night officially kicks off the activities.
Popular band Darling Brando from Sydney made their debut in Singapore and members Alex, Vlado, Dylan and Tom are keen to entertain in Mount Isa.
Vlado topped the bill at Youth Week in Mount Isa in 2017 so is no stranger to the outback.
Last Kinection is an Indigenous hip-hop group from Newcastle in NSW.
The band was formed in 2006 by Joel Wenitong, DJ Jay Tee and Naomi Wenitong.
Trish Mcnamara said Johnny Ruffo will be reappearing again in Mount Isa but not as an artist, as a Headspace Ambassador.
"He has been doing ambassador work with Headspace National since his performance last year during Youth Week," Ms Mcnamara said.

The Australian Skateboarding Institute are conducting a two-day workshop at the Family Fun Park Precinct and will run competitions.
Many local artists have been locked in for the event including DJ Shayden, Pacific Groove, Reloveo Lution - a puppeteer, singer Julia Grubczynski, Cook Island dancers, and Mount Isa School of Dance.
There will be competitions, food stalls, cultural performances, a skateboard workshop and a Hip Hop workshop.
The 2019 celebrations have been extended by a few days so high schools can get involved at the end of term.
Ms Mcnamara said there are a lot of surprises coming up this year for our young people.
Headspace are hosting the event which starts from 4pm - 9pm.
It is a free event, and drug and alcohol free.
The event has plenty of support with from new and old sponsors.
