The second Annihilation Fight Night brought a packed house to the Mount Isa Irish Club in July. The crowd watched 15 fights in the cage, featuring boxing and muay thai matches. Two eagerly anticipated match ups were the celebrity bouts, each fight of three one minute rounds where MP Robbie Katter lost to NRL player John Doyle and Rodeo Queen Quester Tony "Tonka" Toholke took on hairdresser Jon James. Quevarn Patuwi defeated Mark Soloman in the main bout.
