Daisy Katter said Peaches arrived into the world at 11.10am on April 20 weighing 6lb 9oz or just under three kilograms.
She said the baby was named for her "equally as beautiful great-grandmother" and matriarch of her family Peaches Antonie.
Mr Katter, leader of the KAP, said he and Daisy were very proud to have welcomed their first child,
"Almost a decade in politics, but now the real work begins," Mr Katter said.
"We couldn't be happier, and would like to thank everyone for their well wishes."
Perhaps a career in politics could beckon for young Peaches following in the steps of her father, grandfather and great-grandfathers, all Robert Katters who have all represented north west Queensland in federal or state parliament.
Robbie and Daisy got married in 2017 on Saturday, September 2 when 170 friends and family attended the wedding at Stuartholme Chapel in Brisbane, where Daisy went to school.
