The awards are based on a full year of Tripadvisor reviews, prior to the pandemic, with winners known for consistently receiving great traveller feedback, placing them in the top 10% of hospitality businesses around the globe.
Qantas Founders Museum CEO Tony Martin said the Museum welcomed the recognition from TripAdvisor.
"Qantas Founders Museum is thrilled to be a Travellers' Choice Award Winner and be recognised as one of the top 10% attractions world wide," Mr Martin said.
"Our Museum is committed to telling the incredible history of Qantas in new and exciting ways that our guests will enjoy and remember."
The museum has been open since 1996 and recently underwent renovation to put its outdoor attractions including the 747 Jumbo under a roof.
A new lightshow called Luminescent Longreach makes use of the historic aircraft as the canvas upon which 3D animation and illustrations weave a narrative of the daring spirit of early aviation through to the present day.
