The College set an original goal of $2000, before raising the goal to $4000 and then completely smashing that goal by raising over $8600 online and through cash donations.
Some notable mentions from students include Kathleen Farrelly who raised over $2000 and Thomas Smith and Mitchell Thinee for raising over $1000 each.
This is Nicholas Farnsworth second year of being involved with this event and he said, "This is the most we have ever raised and we are pleased to to see so many students and teachers getting involved".
Capricorn Hair Salon and Salon Bronze Hair supported this event with in-kind donations by providing experienced hairdressers to shave school participant's heads.
"We really appreciate both hair salon's generous assistance and support for this event," said Sean Love, co-organiser.
"We appreciate all contributions made, we have an amazing supportive community in Mount Isa and every little bit helps", said Phil Sweeney, Principal.
"Our Student Council works hard throughout the year to plan events and raise money for many worthy charities."
47 Australians are diagnosed with blood cancer every single day.
