The repairs were initially scheduled to take place this week, however a spokesperson from Mount Isa City Council said it will be undertaken another time.
“The community will be kept informed,” she said.
The toddler pool will reopen to the community on Thursday, November 22.
The council has no plans to shut the main 50 metre length pool, despite some dislodged tiles at the bottom of the facility.
