Mr Fletcher will be joined on the Mount Isa City Council ballot paper by three council candidates.
They are Stephanie King, Robyn Ferrier and Jennifer French.
Mr Fletcher said the remainder of his candidates were currently away and would be announced ahead of Wednesday's ballot draw.
So far the only other council candidates listed in the draw are independent Kim Coghlan, Mayor Joyce McCulloch's Progress Mount Isa team (the six sitting councillors): Phil Barwick, George Fortune, Mick Tully, Paul Stretton, Jean Ferris and Peta MacRae and Danielle Slade's Mount Isa Community Team: Bernard Gillic, Gary Abel. Tom Heffernan, Natasha Hydon, James Bambrick and Leslie-Ann Peterson.
