Following zero new cases on Wednesday, Thursday was another "doughtnut day" for the state.
Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk said this was after 14,336 tests in the 24 hours to 6am on Thursday.
She said 190,000 people were on the waiting list to be vaccinated in the state after another 90,000 people registered overnight while 1800 people were still in home quarantine.
The Premier said the government would launch a multilingual ad blitz on vaccine take-up.
"We've seen in parts of Melbourne and of course in Sydney where there have been some slow uptake from our multicultural communities, well, we're going to make sure that definitely does not happen here in Queensland," the premier said.
Queensland Chief Health officer Dr Jeannette Young urged urging pregnant women to get vaccinated:
"It wiIl not only protect you because you're immunocompromised, it will protect your baby," Dr Young said.
"So it's really important, just like flu, we always say if you're pregnant, it's more important than anyone else."
Dr Young is also urging people over the age of 60 and 12-to-15-year-olds with severe underlying health conditions and their families to get the jab.
She says anyone aged between 18 and 59 should speak with the GPs about getting the jab.
