QUEENSLAND's Building Services Authority (BSA) general manager Ian Jennings said yesterday: "The BSA ... has it received any complaints from sub-contractors regarding monies owed to them by the company."

However, as a permanently excluded individual, Kljaic cannot control or substantially influence the conduct of the affairs of MKM Homes (Aust) Pty Ltd or any other BSA-licensed entity and cannot be a shareholder.
"The BSA recently received a verbal complaint against Herriots International Constructions Pty Ltd suggesting Mladen Kljaic was somehow involved with this company," Mr Jennings said.
However, the BSA was unable to substantiate the allegations.
"The BSA would encourage anyone with evidence about the participation in a company by any excluded individual to contact them," Mr Jennings said.
The licence of MKM Homes (Aust) Pty Ltd was only suspended on 4 May 2012 for failing to comply with the condition the company pay all debts.
