Starting at 8pm on May 10 at the Civic Centre the show will feature some of the nation’s funniest people.
Every year a cast of intrepid entertainers board the bus and set their sights on over 80 destinations across this great Southern land.
The show will feature Brennan Reece (UK), Dane Simpson, Steph Tisdell, Gillian Cosgriff, and Sam Taunton as the master of ceremonies.
Englishman Brennan Reece will dazzle with his boyish charm and engaging, optimistic style – he’s a natural, enthusiastic storyteller you can’t help but love.
Dane Simpson has just finished a string of Brisbane performances with his show Aborigi-LOL 100 per cent Aussie Laughs.
Steph Tisdale was nominated for the best newcomer at this years Melbourne International Comedy Festival. Her show Identity Steft has also just wrapped in Brisbane, which delved into issues of identity, what ‘sorry day’ really means from an Aboriginal perspective and discussed the merits of white guilt versus overt racism.
Gillian Cosgriff will be playing her favourite original comedy songs from this varied career and rework some old songs in exciting new ways.
MC Sam Taunton will steer the show with jovial ease.
Tickets are $40 for adults and $35 for students.
