Operated by Mount Isa Coaches, the free bus will supplement taxis or self-driving, as another transport option during our city's busiest week.
At this stage, the plan is for the shuttle to transport patrons to and from Buchanan Park to a number of hotels, schools, caravan parks, major city building such as the Civic Centre and other key locations.
From Friday to Sunday, August 9 to11, the shuttle service will run between Buchanan Park, TAFE (Able Smith Parade), Spinifex Motel, Outback at Isa, Cnr 5th and 4th Avenue, Irish Club (Buckly Street), Healy State School, Ergon, Leichhardt Accommodation, Buffs Club (Simpson Street), Moondarra Caravan Park, Abacus Hotel, Civic Centre (in car park), Discovery Caravan Park and the corner of Carbine and Sunset Drive.
These locations may slightly vary, but details of the full circuit will be available on our website, www.isarodeo.com.au closer to the event.
On Monday (June 24), tickets will go on sale for the Isa's "night of nights" - the Bell & Moir Rodeo Arena Ball.
It will be a night of celebration - of the 60th year milestone for the event, and most importantly, a formal acknowledgement and celebration of the amazing hard work and commitment to fundraising that our Isa Rodeo Queen Quest entrants have shown.
This year we have an incredible seven entrants, who have all been extremely committed to raising funds and awareness for their charities which vary from cancer support to mental health awareness, the Royal Flying Doctor Service to name a few.
Once again, the Rodeo Ball will be staged in the spectacular setting of inside the arena at Buchanan Park. The dress code is Diamond Country Luxe - which I am sure our guests will embrace with enthusiasm.
So grab your rodeo mates and put together a table, or call our office on 4743 2706 and we will put you on a table if you don't have a group of 10.
Don't forget our famous Art Union tickets are on sale online this year - via www.isarodeo.com.au (look for the art union button).
It could be the best $100 you've ever spent with more than $125,000 worth of Bell & Moir Toyota vehicles and Helloworld travel to win.
Good luck and thank you to our wonderful sponsors.
