Daniel Allan Baker, 37 is facing 11 charges for allegedly misconduct, fraud and stealing between January 2015 and April 2017.
The Court is currently waiting for an indictment to be presented by the DPP and a date has not yet been set for Mr Baker's trial
The DPP has six months from the July 11 (last court date) to present it to the court.
Mr Baker will remain in custody until a date is set.
At Mr Baker's last court date, Mount Isa Magistrates Court heard the brief of evidence compiled of 30 statements and 50 exhibits.
