From 9am to noon on Saturday November 23, people can come down to the station at 120 Crawford St and there will be visits from Queensland Fire and Rescue Service, SES, and Rural Fire Service.
Topics covered will include fire safety in the home with a kitchen fire display.
Also discussed will be fire safety on the land and community resilience with a Q&A session.
Blazer the koala will make a special guest appearance with lots of goodies for the kids.
New people are wanted to become auxiliary firefighters.
