Buffs Club events coordinator Tullita Adele said they only bring in one big act a year for the community.
"To be able to enjoy larger names that are usually only offered in the cities is huge for Mount Isa," Ms Adele said.
"Teddy Cream are from Melbourne but they are currently playing in the UK, Ireland and Germany on a tour before they stop in here.
"It's very exciting to have the opportunity to get these guys to play in Mount Isa," she said.
Teddy Cream are an Australian duo consisting of Vincent Calderone and Brandon Mangion, who became friends in 2010 at the age of 13.
